Technical Requirements

How can I improve the course features?

To enjoy our course in its best conditions, it is recommended that you check the technical characteristics of your computer and your Internet connection.

For this you may use the compatibility test found in the course. You may find this test by following these steps::

1. Access the course by introducing your username and password.
2. On the tab Study Section, click on Access the Course.
3. Click on the button “Are you ready to work?”
4. A window will appear that will guide you, step by step, to verify the requirements have been fulfilled.

Screen Resolution
In order to properly navigate the course, it is recommended that you adjust the resolution of your computer screen. To do so, please fulfill the instructions found in the following links, depending on your computer’s operating system.

How can I save work from a previous account with the course?
If you would like to save past work done in the course on your old computer, it is recommended you do the following steps:

  1. Have the course installed on your old computer before erasing and formatting it. You cannot retrieve previous coursework if you have formatted or erased the course.
  2. Si lo has formateado o eliminado ya no puedes rescatar el trabajo hecho.
  3. If you can retrieve previous work follow these next steps to retrieve a safe copy.
  4. On the PC with the course installed, enter in C: (or whatever hard drive in which you have installed the ABA English course).
  5. Open the folder “ABAEnglishCourse”
  6. Find the folder “userdata”
  7. Copy and paste this entire folder onto a USB drive.
  8. If it all doesn’t fit on the USB drive, you will need to save the software onto another external drive with greater capacity (DVD, an external hard drive with more space, etc.)
  9. Install the course on your new computer.
  10. On finishing the downloading on the new computer, enter in C: (o on your hard drive where you have installed the ABA English course).
  11. Open the folder “ABAEnglishCourse” and erase the subfolder “userdata”.
  12. Paste the folder “userdata” that you saved on the USB drive or alternative hard drive where your course history is recorded.
  13. Now you can continue studying with our course.
