How should I configure the headset of my computer?
First of all, check if you headset is connected properly to your computer. Some headsets have a silence-button; verify that the headset is not in the off position.
If your Operating System is Windows XP, follow these instructions:
- 1- Click on the Windows "Start" menu.
- 2- Click on the "Control panel". A window will open
- 3- Double click on "Audio and sound Settings". The following window will open:

- 4- You can adjust the volume moving the cursor between "Low" and "High".
- 5- Do the audio test again to check if the level is good.
- 6- If your still hearing low, click on "Advanced properties" in the last windows and adjust all the audio levels.
- 1- Click ont the Windows "Start" menu.
- 2- Click on “Configuration”.
- 3- Click on the “Control Panel”. A window will open.
- 4- Double click on “Sounds and multimedia”. The next window will open:

- 5- Click on the tab “Audio”, as seen on the previous screen.
- 6 - Click on the button “Volume” corresponding to the "Sound display".
- 7 - A window will open. It is possible to ajust the audio levels there.
- 8 - Do the sound test again.
Again, be sure that your headset is properly connected to your computer. Some headsets have a silence-button; verify that the headset is not in the off position.
