How should I configure the microphone of my computer?

You must adjust the recording volume so that your voice has the same level as the actors' and speakers' voices.

If your Operating System is Windows XP, follow these instructions:

• 1 - Click on the Windows "Start" menu.
• 2 - Click on the "Control panel". A window will open
• 3 - Double click on "Audio and sound dipositives". The following window will open:
  
• 4 - Click on "Voice". The next window will open:
  
• 5 - Click on "Volum". The following window will open:
• 6 - You must adjust the microphone level.
• 7 - If necessary do another recording test to check if the level is good.
  

If your operating system is Windows 2000, follow these instructions:

• 1 - Click on the Windows "Start" menu.
• 2 - Click on “Configuration”.
• 3 - Click on the “Control Panel”. A window will open.
  
• 4 - Double click on “Sounds and multimedia”. The next window will open:
  
• 5 - Click on the tab “Audio”, as seen on the previous image.
• 6 - Click on the boutton “Volume” corresonding to the "Sound recording" menu.
• 7 - A window will open as illustrated in the following image. It is possible to ajust the microphone level there.
• 8 - If necessary do another recording test to check if the level is good.
