In order to find the origin of your problem, please let us know your PC configuration (operating system, antivirus programs, browser used, if you have any file download program like Emule etc.) and a detailed description of the incidence (in which exercises does the problem occur, do you get any error message etc.).

An image (screenshot) would be very helpful, i.e. of the error message, if you get one. The more detailed your explanation is, the easier it will be for us to solve it.
