What purpose serves the questions-button in the course?

• If you are registered with the Online English course (subscription):
  
  In "Questions" you can send written questions to the ABA teachers about any doubt that you may have while you study in English.
  
  It is possible that the person who answers you back will not be your tutor, but the professor who sees the question first in the question panel. Click on questions to send a new question or to see previous questions:

  

  • Question Subject
  • State
  • Date of Delivery
  • Date of Answer
  • Unit

  To ask a new question, click on "New Question". You will see:

  • Unit refering to the question: unit.
  • Theme of the question: question subject.
  • Space to write your question.

  To send your question, click on

  To see the answer of a previous question, click on "Subject".

  The possible status for the questions are:

  • Question sent and not answered:
    
    Question sent

  • Question sent and answered, but not yet seen by you:
    
    Question answered not visited

  • Question answered by the Teacher and already read by you:

• If you purchased our English software (download mode):
  
  Unfortunately, you cannot send questions to the teachers because this service is unavailable with the course which you chose.
