What is the Follow Up?
If you are registered with the Online English course (subscription):
The follow-up is a very interesting tool to allow you to control your own learning. You teacher can see the follow-up, too. It is a synthesis of what you did in each of the unit since the first day you have started to study English with ABA.
It is composed of two patterns: a screen with detailed information of your work in each study unit and a screen with global information about your work in all the units.
Detailed information in each study unit.
- The day you have started to study: starting this unit.
- The days passed since the beginning of the study: days.
- The sessions you have dedicated to the unit: sessions.
- The time dedicated to the unit: time for this unit.
- A progress bar indicates the work realised in each section, and then the same work in %.
- The number of times that you needed to use the button answer.
- Access to the screen in which you work is indicated in all the units: all units.
- The recording buttons for the commentary that you send to your teacher.
Information (in percentage) about the work realized in each section and the work you need to finish as well to complete the section at 100%.
- The day when you have started to study: starting study.
- The days passed since then: days.
- The time you have been studying: time. The average time of study at week in hours: dedication.
- The progress bar of each unit. Includes, the n° of times you needed the answer button, the number of errors committed, the number of study sessions, the average time by sessionand the total time studying on each unit.
- The totals of all the units in which you have worked. To view all units, use the "scroll-bar".
When you finished the unit, you will send it from the follow-up to the teacher with a short commentary (about thirty seconds), telling him what you think of the lesson.
- If you purchased our English software (download mode):
The only difference that you will find in your follow-up to that of the students studying the distance English course is that you won't find the bar of recording, because the teachers' service of ABA English is unavailable with the course which you chose.
