Why does my security software block my access to the course?

• If you are registered with the Online English course (subscription):
  
  It is possible that your security software blocks your access to the English courses because you have blocked the pop-up windows.
  
  This distance English course works with ActiveX controls. To install it properly, you need to follow these instructions:
  • Step 1 - Click on the "Tool" menu of this window.
  • Step 2 - Click on "Internet Options...", a new window will open.
  • Step 3 - Click on “Security”.
  • Step 4 - Click on the "Confidence sites" icon.
  • Step 5 - Click on the button “Sites...”. A window will open.

  The other possibility is that you are not allowed to install the ABA English course because you are not the administrator of your computer (this often happens in companies). If this is the case, ask the tecnical administrator (of your company or computer) for help, so he can allow you to install the course.
