Armed Forces English Exam
Among the requirements for the Spanish army there is an English exam. As a NATO member country, the Spanish armed forces personnel must prove their language proficiency level, which is called SLP (Standardised Language Profile) and is divided into 6 levels, from 0 to 5, equivalent to the CEFR English levels.
The military English exam assesses skills in listening, speaking, writing, and reading.

The test is divided into 3 parts. First, a reading comprehension exercise with multiple-choice questions where only one answer is correct. Then comes the grammar and vocabulary exercise with blanks that you have to complete.
Finally, the listening comprehension exercise is done, also with multiple-choice answers.
